FAQS

By purchasing tickets you agree to follow and adhere to the below rules and procedures. Failure to do so may result in being refused entry or being removed from the venue with no refunds being issued. 


 

1) HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
​

All current prices are listed on our website according to availability on the “BUY TICKETS” pages.


Tickets are sold on a “first come first serve basis”. 

 

Prices are non negotiable and we regret that we are unable to accept deposits. ​

 

Ticket prices may vary depending on the event - we may introduce discounts or promotions at any stage of the event. This will not affect your statutory rights and you will not be entitled to any backdated partial refunds if you have purchased your tickets before any special offers were introduced.
 

2) WHAT DO MY TICKETS INCLUDE?
​

Full brunch ticket: Entry, an hour of bottomless cocktails and a 3-course meal. 

 

Entry Only tickets: Entry to the event only after 2:30 pm.
Availability for these tickets will be updated according to every event - please check the website for details on the “BUY TICKETS” pages.

3) WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT START?
​

Each brunch starts at 12 p.m. and ends at 5 p.m.

​

4) ARE THERE ANY PACKAGES?

 

Celebration Packages are available in limited quantities - please check our website for updates.

5) GROUP BOOKINGS
​

We currently accept a max. of 6 guests per booking, from the same household/support bubble. We do not recommend booking above that number. If you book more than 6 tickets and due to circumstances beyond our control i.e new government regulations we will not be able to accommodate you, please note that tickets won’t be refundable. 

​

6) CAN YOU TELL ME THE LOCATION BEFORE I BOOK?
​

Locations are kept secret until Monday the week of the event and only revealed to ticket holders. All events are in London (within zone 1 or 2), unless stated otherwise. The location is revealed via email, so make sure to put the correct email and check your junk email settings.

Please note that the location may change last minute and due to unforeseen circumstances may be revealed later than a Monday. In addition please also note that revealing the location later than on Monday or changing it at the last minute does not qualify for a refund.

7) CAN THE MENU AND DRINKS BE REVEALED BEFORE I BOOK?
​

Food and drink menu will only be revealed at the event itself.

​

8) DO YOU CATER FOR MY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
​

We cater for all major dietary requirements including gluten intolerance, dairy intolerance, vegetarians and vegans. We are unable to cater for coeliacs. We will need all our guests to send us their dietary requirements once the location is revealed and no later than 24 hours from the location being revealed.

9) IF WE BUY OUR TICKETS SEPARATELY, WILL WE BE SEATED TOGETHER?
​

Yes.
We will ask only 1 person (the party organiser) to send us the full guest list including names, surnames and dietary requirements of all the guests once the location is being revealed. You will be seated according to this information. 

 

10) CAN I ADD OTHER GUESTS TO MY BOOKING?
​

Yes. 

To add more guests to an existing booking - please purchase the required amount of tickets.

11) ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
​

All ticket sales are non-refundable. The venue withholds the right to refuse entry.

​

12) IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION FOR THIS EVENT?
​

Over 21s only. Please bring a valid form of ID with you as we have a “no ID no entry” policy on the door.

13) IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
​

We don’t accept fancy dress ( including no hen/stag do themed outfits, sashes, veils, top hats etc, props, balloons or head dresses) unless Hip Hop Based.

14) HOW DOES SEATING WORK? CAN I BUY A TABLE?
​

Tables are not for sale. Seating is allocated according to group size and only for guests that have purchased full brunch tickets. Tables may be removed after the food service is completed to create room for getting down!

15) ARE THERE ANY NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OFFERED DURING THE BOTTOMLESS COCKTAIL?
​

Yes, you will be offered a soft drink. Please contact one of our hosts when you arrive at the brunch.

​

18) CAN PREGNANT PERSONS ATTEND THE BRUNCH?
​

For health and safety purposes, we recommend anyone more than 6 months pregnant to not attend the brunch.

19) IS THERE ANYTHING SPECIAL THAT CAN BE DONE FOR BIRTHDAYS? CAN I BRING A CAKE?
​

You are welcome to bring a cake with candles/sparklers. Please note that we may not be able to store your cake on the day. Birthday shots and shoutouts are offered at the discretion of the organisers and are not guaranteed.

20) HOW LONG UNTIL I GET A RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL?
​

We aim to respond within 48 hours. Please note that during COVID-19 times we may take longer to respond.

22. DO I NEED TO BRING ID?
​

Please bring suitable ID as we have a no ID no entry policy. We reserve the right to remove any guests from the queue or the venue that aren’t able to produce ID on the day.

23. ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE? 

​​​

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged after purchase. Occasionally (especially in the current climate) events may be postponed or rescheduled and by purchasing tickets you agree that as an organiser we may ask you to attend at a different date and set refund limitations. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

24. WHAT IF MY EVENT GETS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19?

Your tickets can be refunded only up to 6 months from the date of your booking. After the period of 6 months - they only qualify for a transfer. Please note, that tickets can only be transferred twice and if unused - they lose validity. 

 

25. WHAT HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES CAN YOU OFFER ME & WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A GUEST?


 

  

  1. We cannot allow guests to mix with other tables. You must observe social distancing and stay at least 1 metre away from other guests.
     

  2. All guests will need to fill in their details in the Track and Trace app provided by the venue if applicable.
     

  3. There will be hand sanitiser stations situated around the venue. We require all our guests to make use of these.

  4. We require all our guests to carry a mask with them at all times and use when requested.
     

  5. We reserve the right to remove any guests from the queue or the venue who aren’t adhering to the Health and Safety Guidelines for events listed on our website on the day of the event.
